Summary Of Main Understandings Of Naturally Being

Keep Talking
Understanding and more importing feeling non-dual is the foundation for speaking to others, recognising that you are really speaking to yourself if we accept the proposition that consciousness is boundless and one indivisible process. This insight profoundly contributes to world peace, possibly as an unintended consequence, for it does not set out with any political agenda.

Remember - You Are Talking To Yourself
I often feel that experiencing oneness with nature and animals can be relatively easy, as a mountain landscape's beauty or a devoted pet's love can be readily felt and appreciated. However, maintaining a sense of oneness with other human minds can be more challenging due to our ingrained sense of separateness and the need for survival.

Keep It Simple
Non-duality reminds us that all things come from a single source, and that we are all connected in a deep and fundamental way.

Removing The Spectacles Of The "Space-Time Self"
It’s always pleasantly surprising to the mind when it discovers, contrary to previous beliefs, that you are not someone, somewhere, associated with being a physical sensation in a body.

If Your Children The Mind and Body Feel Anxious
Remember, you are a loving and aware parent. Your mind is akin to an anxious teenager, while your body is akin to a child filled with sensations it's trying to release.
If you're experiencing anxiety, follow these steps:

The 1, 2, and 3 of Non-Duality And Therapy
Recognising the peace of our non-dual nature isn't a means to avoid confronting psychological issues.

Provide Your Children with Their Rightful Life-Affirming Home
Once we consciously become aware of this unbounded conscious reality we are, that is not limited to a single mind and body, we rediscover our natural default life-affirming home.

Freedom Not To Be Defined By Anything, Not The Freedom To Do Anything.
It is natural that fear would arise when we consider the liberation of our true infinite nature. For it is this very fear that has been the block to liberation. This fear is not the natural protective impulses of the body, which perhaps may be better not to be called fear but something else to avoid confusion.

The Three Greatest Teachers Of Non-Duality
Why do the mind and body feel peace and calm in the presence of beautiful landscapes, paintings and architecture, a great symphony, the moon, or a beautiful animal?

Mind Openness
Once we have allowed ourselves to recognise the reality of the "looker" (what is perceiving these words right now), recognised this as our true self, and, without effort, allowed ourselves to become self-aware, this aware presence will effortlessly come to the fore in our experience.

Self Enquiry
Without question, the mind assumes that because what appears through its senses is localised, what knows of these perceptions is also localised. Without question, the mind believes that because what appears through its senses is limited in time and space, what knows of these perceptions is also limited.

What Is Real?
If we ask ourselves, "What am I really?" — which is another way of asking, "Do I exist?" — what experience enables us to know we are real?

Non-dualist Unity In The Face of Dualistic Division
I love this quote from the 13th-century Buddhist sage Nichiren Daishonin, a teacher of a non-dualistic form of Buddhism.
"An individual at odds with himself will not achieve anything because his heart is not dedicated to a single purpose.” [Nichiren Daishonin Gosho p. 1389)
